Sagrada Família ticket prices 2026 at a glance
The Sagrada Família sells four single tickets. The cheapest is the basilica ticket for €26 (adult price, 2026). It includes the museum and the audio guide app. The other three add a guided visit, a tower, or both.
Every ticket is for one date and one time slot, and it is sold online only. Tickets are personal: the name on the ticket must match your photo ID at the entrance. Reduced prices and free entry exist for several groups, and they are listed below.
This site is an independent guide. It is not run by the basilica or its foundation, and it does not sell the official tickets.

The four official ticket types and their prices
Prices for 2026 in euros. Under 30 also covers students. The companion price applies to a person accompanying a visitor with a disability.
| Ticket | Adult | Senior | Under 30 / student | Companion |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Basilica (museum and audio guide app) | €26 | €21 | €24 | Free |
| Basilica with guided visit (about 50 min) | €30 | €23 | €28 | €4 |
| Basilica with tower | €36 | €28 | €34 | €10 |
| Basilica with guided visit and tower | €40 | €32 | €38 | €14 |
The difference between the basilica ticket and the tower ticket is €10, and the guided visit adds €4. For details on the climb see Sagrada Família towers, and for the guide see guided tours. A visit takes about one hour for the basilica alone and about one hour 30 minutes with a tower, according to the ticket page.
Free entry, discounts and Barcelona residents
Children under 11 enter free. Children under 3 do not need a ticket at all, and visitors under 16 can only enter with an adult. People with a disability enter free, and the companion pays only the add-on amounts shown in the table above.
The ticket pages list further reductions. Check the exact conditions there before you rely on one:
- Large families and single parents: 50% off. Ask by email at least 48 hours before the visit.
- Pack Jove: 50% off.
- Unemployed visitors: free, but only on Wednesdays from 9:00 to 12:00 and with the official DARDO proof.
- ICOM members, press and clergy: free entry. A guided visit or a tower costs extra for ICOM and press cards.
- Ruta del Modernisme voucher: €1 off.

Time slots, presale and no late entry
An official ticket is valid only for the date and time you choose. If you arrive late, you will not be let in. If you leave the basilica, you cannot re-enter with the same ticket. The basilica is cleared 15 minutes before closing, and no official last-entry time is published, so do not plan to arrive near the end of the day.
Tickets are released about two months before the visit, according to the foundation, and they are sold online only. Payment is by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, JCB or American Express. You receive the ticket as a PDF, in a digital wallet or in the app. There is no ticket desk to rely on, so book before you travel. The foundation also has a ticket hotline, +34 931 980 705.
The foundation does not publish how quickly slots sell out. Independent sources name June to September and weekends as the busiest times, so book as soon as your dates are fixed.
Changes, refunds and ID
The general rule is no exchange and no return. There is one exception: if you cannot use an unused ticket for a serious reason, you can write to customer service within 15 days after the visit date, with proof. A new date is then offered according to availability, free of charge. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 30 days. Names cannot be changed afterwards.
Bring a valid photo ID, either a passport or an ID card. The name must match the ticket. For reduced tickets, bring proof of age, student status or disability.
Official ticket or reseller: an honest comparison
The foundation sells tickets on its own website and allows authorised sales partners. Resellers add convenience or extras, and they charge more for it.
| Official website | Reseller | |
|---|---|---|
| Price | €26 to €40, as listed above | Higher than the official price for the same entry |
| Entry | Fixed date and time slot | Fixed date and time slot, same rules |
| Skip the line | No such ticket exists | Often advertised, but it means a timed entry bought in advance |
| Changes and refunds | Foundation rules: no exchange, one exception on request | The reseller's own terms; the foundation does not guarantee these tickets |
| Discounts | Reduced and free categories, residents by email | Check with the seller |
| Support | Foundation customer service | The reseller handles any problem |
Reselling a ticket for a fee is not allowed, and the foundation can cancel such tickets. Buying from a private person is therefore a risk. A reseller can make sense if you want a bundled tour or a slot when the official ones are sold out. In that case, check what is included before you pay.
What the ticket includes
Every ticket covers entry to the basilica and the museum. You can stay in the museum as long as you like. The audio guide runs through the official app, in 19 languages. It comes as a standard version of 45 minutes or an express version of 25 minutes, and it is not meant for children under 10. Bring headphones and charge your phone.
The guided visit lasts about 50 minutes, in several languages depending on the slot. It does not include the museum and the liturgical path. The tower tickets add one tower on the Nativity or the Passion facade. The crypt is not part of the standard ticket.

Tips for getting the slot you want
Official availability is limited, so a few habits help.
Book on release day
Slots open about two months ahead. If you know your dates, book as soon as the day is released, especially for busy periods.
Tower tickets →Try early and late slots
Early and late slots are usually calmer than midday. There is no official statistic on crowds, so treat this as a rule of thumb.
Opening hours →Check the quiet hour
Since 2 February 2026 the hour from 9:00 to 10:00 is a quiet hour. Audio is allowed with headphones only.
Best time and rules →Keep a backup plan
If the official slots are gone, a reseller or a guided tour from another company may still have places. Read what the offer includes first.
Guided tours →Plan the rest of your visit
